New year with you, new post to remind you our rules so that everything is transparent!
We know that you're anxiously awaiting your items, that lead times can be long and that there are undoubtedly other accounts that are faster than us. We would therefore like to remind you that (unfortunately) the shop is only a voluntary activity that we carry out outside our professional and personal lives.
In order to reduce these delays, the space it takes up in our home and our work (+ the weight we carry each week) we've decided to reduce the quantities of complete albums we'll be ordering. Don't worry, we'll continue to offer a lot of album inclusions, photocards sets, merch etc.!
Big news ! Lixia has returned to France from Taiwan, giving us a 3rd admin able to sort and send parcels. From now on, you'll find an insert in the international shipping costs e-mail that lets you know where your items will be sent: to Paris (to Arwen or Pauline’s) or to Lyon (to Lixia’s), depending on the space we have available. It means if you have items in Paris and items in Lyon, there is a chance you’ll receive 2 parcels from us as we won’t be able to gather them into only one.

Lixia would like to start opening GOs for groups she likes a lot so here is the new 2024 line up for our GOs !

In the forms, you tick a box that implies you've read our rules. Too many people take the liberty of exceeding deadlines without telling us in advance: we've always been extremely accommodating, but this is detrimental to us. From now on, we'll be stricter about payment deadlines, in line with our rules:
your items must be paid as soon as you have filled in your form (tolerance up to 24h then order will be cancelled)
international shipping costs must be paid by the deadline indicated in the e-mail, after which you will be charged a 0.20€ penalty per day of delay. After 15 days (i.e. 3€), your order will be cancelled and will not be refunded.
